Celia Sepulveda is a seasoned communications strategist, excelling in promoting innovative scientific discovery. Her work encompasses communications strategy, public relations, fundraising, and business development initiatives for a diverse clientele, including corporate entities, startups, and nonprofit organizations, all united by a commitment to driving positive social change.
With two decades of experience in academia and the business sector, Celia brings a distinct perspective to the communication challenges at these intersections. She assists industry leaders in navigating the ever-changing communications landscape while aligning their brands and engaging with the audiences they most want to reach.
Celia earned a doctorate in Higher Education Administration at the University of Arizona, and joined the department’s faculty soon after as an adjunct, advising future doctorate work. She also worked as an administrator in Student Affairs, where she established award-winning education and outreach programs. She has worked as a licensed financial advisor and then a cookbook co-author where she partnered with food industry giants including Safeway and Stonyfield Farms to combat childhood obesity by promoting healthy cooking and nutritional awareness among families.
She founded CSE agency in 2014, based in La Jolla, CA. Her clients have included NASA, Micronoma, Jamba Juice, BlueNalu, Skin Resource MD, and Tetiaroa Society.
